Shipping Policy

Soyishi (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides shipping services for our products (including Cream Charger, Helium Tank, and CO2 Cartridges Cylinder) primarily to the United States market. This Shipping Policy outlines the rules, restrictions, and procedures for shipping orders placed through our website https://soyishi.com. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms below.
1. Applicable Scope
Our transportation services currently cover all 48 contiguous states in the United States (known as the “48 contiguous states”). But it does not include transportation to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US overseas territories. Please contact customer service for details before placing an order.
2. Shipping Carriers & Compliance with Hazardous Materials Regulations
2.1 Authorized Carriers
We partner with licensed carriers compliant with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for hazardous materials, including UPS Ground and FedEx Ground. Due to safety requirements, our Helium Tank and CO2 Cartridges Cylinder (classified as “compressed gas” under DOT Hazardous Materials Regulations, 49 CFR) can only be shipped via ground transportation—air shipping (e.g., FedEx Express, UPS Next Day Air) is strictly prohibited for these products.
2.2 Compliance Commitment
All shipments of hazardous products are properly labeled, packaged, and documented to meet DOT standards. We reserve the right to reject orders if the destination or shipping method violates local, state, or federal regulations (e.g., some states may restrict the sale/transport of large-capacity Helium Tanks).
3. Order Processing & Delivery Time
3.1 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas). Most non-hazardous orders (e.g., small Cream Charger packs) are processed within 1-2 business days; hazardous orders (Helium Tank, CO2 Cartridges Cylinder) may require an additional 1 business day for compliance checks.
We will send a confirmation email with order details once processing is complete.
3.2 Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time is calculated after order processing and varies by destination:
- Lower 48 States: 3-7 business days (via UPS/FedEx Ground)
Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather (e.g., snowstorms), carrier capacity issues, or address verification problems.
4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Policy
4.1 Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping costs are determined by:
- Product weight and dimensions (especially for Helium Tanks, which are heavier)
- Destination (distance from our warehouse)
- Shipping method (ground only for hazardous products)
You can view the exact shipping cost for your order by entering your shipping address in the checkout page before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number (provided by the carrier) and a link to track your package (via UPS.com or FedEx.com). You can also track your order by logging into your Soyishi account and navigating to “Order History.”
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment (due to carrier processing delays).
6. Handling of Delays, Losses & Damages
6.1 Delayed Shipments
If your package is not delivered within the estimated time frame:
- Check the tracking status first (carriers may show “in transit” or “out for delivery” updates)
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of the estimated delivery date—we will coordinate with the carrier to investigate
6.2 Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost packages: If the carrier confirms the package is lost (tracking shows “lost” or no updates for 10+ days), we will offer a full refund or free reshipment (your choice) after verifying the issue with the carrier.
Damaged packages: You must:
- Take photos of the damaged package and products (including shipping labels)
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (via email or phone)
- Provide the tracking number and damage photos
We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund once we confirm the damage with the carrier.
7. Return Shipping Policy
For return shipping (see our Return Policy for eligibility), the following applies:
- Defective products: We will cover the return shipping cost (we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email).
- Non-defective products (e.g., change of mind): You must bear the return shipping cost, and the returned package must comply with DOT regulations (especially for hazardous products—do not attempt to ship Helium Tanks or CO2 Cartridges Cylinder without our authorized label).
- Returned packages must be shipped to our warehouse address (contact customer service via email to inquire about the specific return address)—do not ship to other locations.
8. Special Notes for Hazardous Products
Do not discard Helium Tanks or CO2 Cartridges Cylinder in regular trash—follow local waste disposal regulations for compressed gas containers.
We may require age verification (18+) for orders of large quantities of hazardous products (e.g., 10+ Helium Tanks) to ensure compliance with local laws.
